Everybody Loves Brooklyn!

Today started like any other ordinary Sunday. Pao had a bike ride early in the morning, while I went to hear mass with my mother and father in law at Rockwell. After that, it was off to Greenhills for some stuff mom and tito mons wanted to pick up for when they go back to the States. Had my fill of Happy Lemon too while we were there. Yummm!  We were basically killing time for the "supposed" party for mom.... or so I thought. Little did I know that this was waiting for me.....

What I thought was a birthday party for mom turned out to be a baby shower for me and Brooklyn!!!!:) Good thing I didn't come in my pauper look! haha! This was hours before the party...

So did my long time friend gracey and our favorite neice krishee. Lil Gracci was there to grace us with her presence too. Lil party girl!

My status friend Jennie was there!....Surely missed the others...But I was so glad these girls have finally met. Imagine my friends from all over all in one room! Awesomeness!

I was actually overwhelmed by everyone who made it....
to all our close friends and family.....thank you very much!

Food was really good too. Tita Ellen's catering never disappoints.

The dessert corner looked heavenly. Thank you to my bro and Gracey for these!!

Everyone made this day really special and I was moved by all the people who took the time to spend this day with us....

I would just like to say gracias to these girls...my sissy and lycs for being sneaky and for organizing everything. I know it feels weird to text people you've never met before and send them invites to the party but u guys did it anyway! cheesey but aluv u girls!

To everyone who made it and to all the presents!! twas overwhelming! Muchos gracias!

..my folks for all the love and guidance. We really are blessed to have you there for us.

...my mother in law and father in law for the neverending fun times, laughter and support. U are both missed by us terribly!

And my hunny! Who I heard wanted this to be epic. Who made sure I was really surprised & who always made sure I was happy..... Well it sure was Epic baby. You truly are the best. Brooklyn and I love you loads.

I just love Sundays!! And I love it even more if off day + hubby's cheat day is the equation. This way I get to eat whatever I want without the guilt of making my husband's taste buds feel a lil bit envious.

Paolo craved for Chilli's so Chilli's it is. His cheat day comes once every 2 weeks so my hunny gets to pick whatever wherever!

The place was pretty packed so we settled for the bar. Hmmm...wouldn't it be awesome to have this at home?

Lunch was filling. Burp.
Been craving the whole week for bubble tea. So after lunch, we drove all the way to greenhills for this. My wish right now is to have this next door to us. So I can get my fill every single day.

I guess that would be me. Pay up!

My uber favorite! I always get the caramel milk tea flavor. Large.With extra pearls please.:) I can actually have a couple of these. Or three. Like seriously.

We got home and found ourselves sorting out brooklyn's stuff. Our little angel's coming in a month and we want everything prepared already. My husband was super sweet helping me out with all the stuff! Will actually make a mental note to give him a hug for that.

For dinner we decided to dine at...

Their dalandan mint shake makes me keep coming back to this place among other things.

And this is my husband in his Scott Disick look. ( you know what....pogi ka,) haha!

We had their Angus Steak which was delicioso....

..and their Lorenzo's truffle cream pasta which is by far the best truffle pasta I've ever tasted. Perfectly cooked al dente!!

This now tops our favorite restaurant list! The service is great, the ambience serene, the menu scrumptious and flavorful. Not to mention Malou Fores herself tending to each guests with her personal touch. Mamou is comfort food at its best.

And this me at 8 months looking very pleased.

We didn't have any space left for dessert so we settled for this...

I remember my patient bringing me home some of these and it was a delight to see they opened up one here.

Their chocolates were of really good quality. If you'd ask me which Ill pick...royce or patchi? I'd still say yes to both of them!

Even Patchi welcomes brooklyn!

All in all I rate this day a 10. Great times, great food, and best of all great company! *wink*
